Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relationship dynamics.

• Leading therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as individual sessions, to address a variety of issues including conflict resolution, adjustment to separation or divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Designing and implementing personalized therapeutic interventions aimed at improving overall family health and individual well-being.
\n
• Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and compliance with therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will focus on a diverse range of populations, from adults seeking individual therapy to families navigating complex dynamics. Specific areas of focus will include:

• Addressing issues related to alcohol abuse and substance dependence.
\n
• Providing support for physical and psychological abuse survivors.
\n
• Helping clients deal with grief, loss, and adjustment to major life transitions.

• Specializing in blended family scenarios and the unique challenges they present.

• Facilitating healthy communication strategies among family members to resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Strong therapeutic skills, with a focus on family systems and relational dynamics.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compassion Core Services offers a competitive salary range for this position, between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
