We are looking to add a talented business development manager with at least 7 years of related work experience (Law or Consulting) to our team!/ph3Location:/h3pHybrid- Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Orange County, San Francisco/ph3Job Responsibilities:/h3ulliManage the workflow and performance of one Business Development team member/liliProvide ongoing performance feedback and participate in the annual staff performance evaluation process/liliIdentify and analyze opportunities for new business, client growth and cross-selling/liliPrepare and present proposals to practice group leaders and partners/liliServe as lead point person for the execution of numerous client and designated practice group events, including content development, speaker and sponsor management, marketing strategy, attendee targeting, follow up and reporting/liliOversee the request for proposal (RFP) management process/liliDevelop strategic response plans and review and approve written materials and presentations/liliManage, review and track the business development budget for the designated practice group/liliManage lateral partner integration programs, including creating plans, tracking progress and preparing reports/liliConsult with attorneys to develop and monitor individual business development goals and plans/liliReview collateral for the designated practice group, including practice-wide communications, brochures, and presentations/liliMonitor client and industry trends/li/ulh3Job Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors degree/liliAt least seven (7) years of related work experience (Law or Consulting Firm)/liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)/liliKnowledge of client relationship management (CRM) software/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong leadership skills/liliStrong analytical skills/liliAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities/liliAbility to handle and maintain confidential information/liliAbility to travel and work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours/liliAbility to work independently and under own direction and initiative/liliTransactional Experience (preferred)/li/ulpSo, if you are a talented Market Manager (Business Development Manager) with 7+ years experience in law or consulting, wed love to hear from you!/p/div
