Parks Front Desk & Visitor Services Associate

The City of Chattanooga is seeking a Front Desk & Visitor Services Specialist for Outdoor Chattanooga. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and guiding residents and visitors through parks and outdoor recreation programs. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years in a high-volume customer service environment, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
