?? Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Must be available for daily overtime up to 10-hour shifts.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring production lines are supplied with the materials needed to maintain efficient operations while supporting inventory control, product flow, and workplace organization.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, capable of working in a fast-paced production environment, and willing to work overtime to meet production demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw materials, packaging materials, and components as needed.
• Transport materials between warehouse and production areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain adequate material levels at workstations to support uninterrupted production.
• Remove finished products, scrap materials, and empty packaging from production areas.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and material tracking.
• Verify materials and quantities against production requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety, quality, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Communicate material shortages or inventory issues to supervisors.
• Support production teams and other departments as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime daily, up to 10-hour shifts.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Schedule Requirements

• Regular Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Must be flexible to work overtime daily, up to 10 hours per shift
• Must be available for weekend work when required
