Scope of Responsibility
This role also consists of assuring safe, effective, quality patient care meanwhile providing care within his/her scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, institutional policy and practice agreements.
Responsible to the Operations Director
Education
- Current licensure with the Texas Medical Board of Nurse Examiners or Current licensure with the Texas Medical Board of Physician Assistants
Training and Experience
- Experience working in cardiology or other related field
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management, physicians, patients, and visitors required
