What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and grow a staffing and recruiting operation in the Phoenix market

What You Bring

Required Staffing Industry Experience

• Proven success generating new business within the staffing industry
• Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, staffing operations, or branch leadership
• Strong understanding of staffing metrics, margin management, and workforce solutions
