Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team with two to three years of experience. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety and health regulations Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Proficient knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients Familiarity with various cooking methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and sautéing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the kitchen team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about creating delicious meals and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Line Cook.
