The Position

The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important connection between customers, sales, estimating, prepress, production, scheduling, finishing, shipping, and other departments .

You'll manage commercial printing projects from order entry through production and delivery, making sure specifications are accurate, customers are informed, and jobs stay on schedule.

This is not a call-center position. We're looking for someone who understands the printing business and can build relationships with customers while coordinating their work internally.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and print projects from start to finish
• Communicate with customers regarding specifications, schedules, proofs, changes, and delivery
• Enter and maintain accurate job information
• Review job tickets, purchase orders, estimates, and customer specifications
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Prepress, Production, Bindery, Mailing, and Shipping
• Monitor jobs as they move through production
• Communicate schedule or specification changes to customers and internal teams
• Coordinate proofs and customer approvals
• Help resolve production, quality, and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer and job records
• Develop strong long-term relationships with customers
• Help ensure jobs are produced correctly, on time, and to customer expectations

Experience We're Looking For

Candidates should have approximately 2+ years of experience in commercial printing or a closely related printing environment .

Previous experience could include:

Commercial Printing | Digital Printing | Direct Mail | Labels | Packaging | Folding Cartons | Wide Format | Print Distribution | Similar Graphic Arts Manufacturing

We're particularly interested in candidates who understand basic print terminology and production processes such as offset and digital printing, paper and substrates, color, proofs, prepress, finishing, bindery, mailing, and shipping .

You don't need to know everything. If you have a good foundation in printing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, the company will train you on its specific systems, equipment, and processes.
