Regional HR Partner: Talent, Learning & Performance

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks an experienced HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management, and employment practices across regions. This role partners with HR Regional Managers to design and execute programs, analyze HR operations, and support integration during acquisitions. Travel 25-50% is required.
