Position Summary This role supports Sam's Club members by providing member service, maintaining checkout and entrance areas, resolving issues, promoting products, and ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment. What you'll do Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, resolve member issues and concerns, and promote Sam's Club products and services. Guide members regarding self‑service technology and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Manage merchandise handling procedures, zone areas, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, acknowledge members, review receipts, and secure Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity. Maintain required paperwork, logs, and documentation, execute emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver new program roll‑out training, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using company policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; communicate progress; and adapt to change and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register) and working with mobile retail applications. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
