Battery Care Field Technician

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California | Job Type: Full-Time, On Road Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour | Hours: 40 per week We are seeking a Battery Care Field Technician to provide timely and high-quality service to our customers. This field-based role includes preventive battery maintenance, minor repairs, and deliveries. A clean driving record is required , and excellent customer service is essential. Key Responsibilities Travel to customer locations for battery maintenance and cleaning Neutralize and clean batteries as needed Perform minor battery repairs and deliver chargers Provide accurate and detailed service reports Support other warehouse or maintenance tasks as needed Required Qualifications Mechanically inclined with ability to perform hands‑on work Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Preferred Qualifications Battery service or testing experience Physical Requirements Must lift/move objects up to 100 lbs on occasion Requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, and reaching Close, color, and distance vision with ability to adjust focus Benefits 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Company car and fuel card Paid time off and referral bonuses Tools provided, flexible spending accounts, and more Schedule 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Day shift only – No weekends About Us Toyota Material Handling Solutions (TMHS) has proudly served the Los Angeles area since 1973.
