RESTAURANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken – Muskegon, MI We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our team! Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken is locally owned and operated, and we are seeking a reliable individual to maintain and service all three of our Muskegon restaurant locations: Sherman, Apple, and Causeway. Job Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, refrigeration units, and other restaurant equipment. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. Maintain restaurant facilities, both inside and outside. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize restaurant downtime. Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel between all three locations.
