WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AFFORDABLE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH

• Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
• Ability to self-motivate
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, stand, and climb

Preferred candidates will have Fair Housing training or certification, a customer-first mindset, and experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or other skilled trades.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this Affordable Property Maintenance Tech role, you will serve as an essential part of the community experience by responding to resident work orders, completing repairs, and ensuring maintenance concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. Your day will include preparing vacant apartments for new residents through unit turns, conducting routine inspections throughout the property, and proactively identifying opportunities to maintain and improve community standards. As you move throughout the property, you'll collaborate with site management, help preserve curb appeal, and ensure residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming place to call home. Every task you complete contributes to the quality of life of our residents and the continued success of the community.
