This is a hands-on Restaurant Manager position overseeing daily operations, team development, guest experience, labor management, and service execution in a busy upscale casual restaurant. About the Role

You'll be visible on the floor, actively coaching employees, supporting service, managing labor, overseeing scheduling, and maintaining operational standards throughout each shift. • Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Manage employee scheduling and labor controls

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of restaurant management experience preferred
