About the Role: Senior Pediatric Physical Therapist

Every session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist, ensuring focused attention throughout the entire treatment.

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infant and childhood patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to aid rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements:

 

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Oregon.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 5 years or more of pediatric/infant care. 
• Ability to develop and futher relationships with our pediatric community.
