Dighton, Ma
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-10pm

Fall River, Ma
Thursday 8:00a-5:00p

Fall River, Ma
3 days a week flexible 7:15a-3:00p

Fall River, Ma
Saturday and Sunday Flexible hours 6-8 hour shifts

Lakeville, Ma
Saturday and Sunday
Flexible hours 7:00am-3:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, or 3:00pm-10:00pm

Mansfield, Ma (spanish speaking)
Monday-Friday 3p-8p
Saturday 10a-5p

Seekonk, Ma
Thursday and Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Somerset, Ma
Days 12p-8p or 2p-9p
Weekend 3p-9p Flexible

Spencer, Ma
Tuesday and Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

South Dartmouth, Ma
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00a-6:00p

Job Description:

Skilled nurse RN or LPN needed to provide one on one care to patients in their home or in the community setting. Skilled nurse will follow care plan/doctor's orders and work independently with their patient, coordinating care, reporting and collaborating with their supervisors and other members of the care team such as physician, specialties, etc. Skilled nurse will be provided the training and shadow time required to care for their patients and a complete orientation to the agency's program.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour LPN
$50.00 -$60.00 per hour RN
