- Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
- Lead shifts with confidence-ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
- Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!)
- A people-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A love for fast-paced environments and great food
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
- Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
