We're seeking a Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid role based out of our Hauppauge, New York office. You'll originate conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential mortgage products while leveraging our industry-leading technology platform to maximize your production. We have a full processing team in place to handle your files, so you can stay focused on what matters most: originating loans and building client relationships. - Originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other programs)
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service
- Utilize the IC ALL CRM to manage your pipeline, track leads, and automate client communication
- Collaborate with our processing team and support staff to ensure timely closings
- Stay current on loan products, rates, and industry regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
- Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + in-office)
- Tech-savvy willing to fully leverage our CRM and digital tools
