The Opportunity
We're seeking a Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid role based out of our Hauppauge, New York office. You'll originate conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential mortgage products while leveraging our industry-leading technology platform to maximize your production.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other programs)
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service
• Utilize the IC ALL CRM to manage your pipeline, track leads, and automate client communication
• Collaborate with our processing team and support staff to ensure timely closings
• Stay current on loan products, rates, and industry regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + in-office)
• Tech-savvy willing to fully leverage our CRM and digital tools
• Professional, client-first attitude
• Desire to grow within a supportive, technology-forward company

Salary Range: $50,000 $150,000+ (based on production)
