Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members. Previous insurance service experience preferred but not required. Self‑motivated Proactive in problem‑solving Bilingual – Spanish preferred Property & Casualty license Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays.
