Lead Generation: Actively pursue new leads and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Policy Explanation: Clearly explain and detail various insurance policy options, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and coverage to make informed decisions. Customer Service: Provide exemplary service by addressing client inquiries, managing claims, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the insurance process. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting prospects into satisfied clients. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and JMAS Insurance Agency policies. Requirements Licensing: A valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required (licensing assistance is available) Spanish speaking is a plus Experience: Previous experience sales is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
