You’ll be doing the work and building the system behind it. Lead & Elevate the Sales Team Coach and hold sales reps accountable to real performance metrics Run pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance check‑ins Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and results Drive New Business Generate new opportunities through networking, outreach, and client meetings Get in front of customers – this is not a desk‑only role Help close key and strategic deals Build the Sales Machine Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and conversion rates Define roles and eliminate inefficiencies across the team Help refine pricing, margins, and bundled offerings (equipment + monitoring + service) Identify new markets (maritime, industrial, multi‑site clients) Strengthen positioning and value proposition Own Client Relationships Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers Support retention and expansion of existing accounts What Success Looks Like You’re not measured on activity but on results: Improved win rates and shorter sales cycles Accurate forecasting A sales team that performs well Who You Are You’re not just a strategist – you’re a builder and a closer.
