Job Details Location: 3155 Pasadena TX - Pasadena, TX 77505. Position type: Full Time. Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. Responsibilities Seek out new clients and build a book of business in the temporary staffing industry. Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with clients. Lead opportunities through the sales cycle, including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management. Qualifications All forms of communication: written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates. Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. High level of networking and communication skills; desire to build long‑lasting working relationships. B2B sales experience required; proven track record in B2B sales. Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Staffing industry experience a plus. Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. Experience & Skills Areas Sales or influencing others – convincing others to buy services or change actions. Information gathering – observing, receiving, and obtaining information from all relevant sources. Decision making & problem solving – analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution. Updating & using relevant knowledge – staying up‑to‑date technically and applying new knowledge. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships – developing constructive and cooperative working relationships over time. Compensation & Benefits Pay range $20.00-$25.00/hr, commensurate with experience. Potential overtime (if non‑exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay. Contract to hire position. Wide open sales territory. Uncapped commission – no sunset clause. KPIs/goal‑driven bonuses. Car and trip incentives. Excellent benefits including matching 401(k) fully vested on day1; medical, dental, vision, vacation pay, sick leave, floating holiday, 401(k) retirement with up to 4% employer match, and other programs per applicable law.
