Legal Biller

Our client, a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Legal Biller to join their team. This professional will play a vital part in the accurate preparation of client invoices and support the firm’s billing operations. The Legal Biller will handle client invoicing, draft narrative descriptions and progress summaries, and generate scheduled as well as ad hoc billing reports. Additional responsibilities include conducting year-end billing analysis, maintaining up-to-date information within the billing system, and promptly responding to client inquiries. The role also involves providing support on additional billing-related projects as required. Please note: Law Firm experience is required. This position follows a hybrid schedule. The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
