Job Details Location: Centerville, GA 31028 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 hourly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (100% in person) Responsibilities Leasing activities: record and update prospective and existing tenant information; screen tenants; advertise available properties; conduct property tours; complete lease applications; accept rent payments and security deposits; inform prospective tenants of results; inspect vacated units; maintain documentation; liaise with tenants regarding complaints and concerns. Maintenance duties: ensure service requests completed timely; perform minor repairs; accurately document work; identify potential issues and communicate with Community Manager; keep grounds and property neat; perform site inspections for regulatory compliance; assist with capital improvement identification; manage maintenance tablet/iPhone; order materials within budget; monitor contractors; assess physical aspects of every site. Collaborate with Community Manager and support area maintenance technicians; create and conduct training sessions on safety, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing; provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience, including appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical, drywall/painting; plumbing experience and HVAC license required. Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various environments. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws; completion of required courses annually. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal; strong organizational and administrative abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data management software. High School Diploma or GED.
