Credentialing & Access Control Staff – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts

TG Solutions is hiring professional, confident, and dependable Credentialing & Access Control Staff to support an exclusive, high-profile private event in the Monterey area.

We are seeking individuals with a strong professional presence who are alert, observant, physically capable, and comfortable managing guest access while remaining courteous and professional.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: $27.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Check guest credentials, wristbands, and event access
• Monitor designated access points and help ensure only authorized guests enter
• Politely and professionally redirect guests when necessary
• Assist with guest flow and direct attendees to designated areas
• Provide clear directions and assistance to guests
• Evening shift staff may also assist with parking lot coordination and vehicle flow
• Overnight staff will walk and monitor designated areas of the event premises throughout the night and report any unusual activity or concerns to the designated event contact
• Communicate effectively with event leadership and team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in access control, event operations, crowd management, hospitality, military, law enforcement, or similar environments is a plus
• Must be confident, alert, and comfortable maintaining a strong professional presence
• Excellent judgment, communication, and situational awareness
• Able to remain calm, firm, and professional when interacting with guests
• Comfortable working independently, particularly for the overnight assignment
• Physically able to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Must maintain a polished and professional appearance

Overnight Shift – Important Details

The Overnight Shift is 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM and requires walking the event premises throughout the night.

• Overnight staff will be permitted to park in the primary parking lot and will not need to use the auxiliary staff parking lot.
• Overnight staff must bring their own flashlight or headlamp .
• This assignment requires prolonged walking and physical activity throughout the overnight shift.

Professional Expectations

This is a high-profile luxury event with distinguished guests , and selected team members will be expected to represent the event with professionalism, discretion, confidence, and excellent judgment. Photography or video recording during the event is strictly prohibited.

Dress Code: Professional all-black attire. Additional dress code details will be provided to selected candidates.

Please note: Day and evening positions require prolonged standing and physical activity. Due to expected heavy traffic in the Monterey area on the event date, all team members must plan their travel accordingly and arrive early for their scheduled shift.
