Cat Scan Technologist | Casual | Evening/Midnight | Wilmington Campus

The Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department is recruiting for a Casual Cat Scan Technologist, with rotating evening and midnight shifts. This position requires working every 4th weekend and every third holiday. Shift: Evening/midnight rotation Every 4th weekend (8:00 pm – 8:30 am) and every 3rd holiday Compensation This position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Responsibilities: Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment Developing and identifying radiographs Performing clerical duties when necessary (receptionist and scheduling duties, forms on clinical processes, and various filing duties) Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, and Fluoro Assisting with the training of radiology technology students Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography systems Operating equipment from manufacturers such as Siemens, Philips, and Ziehm Burn patient CDs as needed Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Science RT Technologist experience preferred ARRT Registered Technologist required Delaware license Certification in CPR Flexibility in hours and duties required Christiana Care offers: Full medical, dental, vision and other insurance benefits 403(b) with employer match Generous paid time off This position pays between $41.15 and $56.58 per hour, based on relevant experience. The pay range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting.
