Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing. Periodontal Health: Conduct detailed periodontal assessments and accurate charting to monitor patient progress. Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays to assist the dentist in treatment planning. Patient Education: Empower patients through personalized education on oral hygiene and preventive care. Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist and the rest of the clinical team to ensure a seamless, excellent patient experience. Record Keeping: Maintain precise and accurate patient records using Dentrix software. Salary Range part-time $50 - $55 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule The Schedule: Starting with 1 day per week. Preference for Fridays, but we offer a flexible schedule for the right candidate. Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Dentrix Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Licensing: Must hold a valid New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist license. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification required. Experience: 3 years of experience is preferred; familiarity with Dentrix software is a major plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient-focused chairside manner.
