• Schedule: 3 days/week, 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-2 evening shifts/week
• Hours/week: Approximately 24 hours/week (part-time options available)
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure: CA Medical License required no sponsorship provided
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible with good rationale considered)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family/Internal Medicine, Spanish language skills highly preferred
• Malpractice: Clean background preferred; no major malpractice accepted
• DEA: Must HOLD a valid California DEA license

What You ll Do

• Provide primary care to diverse patient populations in a community clinic setting
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based protocols
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support staff, including RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health teams
• Participate in scheduled clinic activities and patient education efforts
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements

What You Need

• Active CA Medical License, DEA license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to speak Spanish or some medical Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and cultural competency
