Corporate Compliance Program Specialist

The Corporate Compliance Program Specialist will provide advanced administrative guidance and direction on effective implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program. The Specialist assists with managing the day-to-day operation of the compliance program and helps maintain a comprehensive process for an evidence-based compliance approach for the Compliance Department. Functioning as part of an independent and objective body within Dayton Childrens, helps review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns and ensure 100% compliance with the organizations Corporate Compliance Program. This position is responsible for helping establish and implement a risk-based audit and internal monitoring plan which detects and prevents fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), and misconduct, in order to maintain the highest level of ethics and to align with all relevant federal and state statutes, regulations and other guidance. Empowered to conduct independent investigations and audits related to Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Military and Provider related business segments compliance. Serves as the organizations key Corporate Compliance leader in the absence of the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.
