About the Position Assistant Principal for Student Affairs – Pope John Paul II High School, 181 Rittenhouse Road, Royersford, PA 19468. This 10‑month position seeks a dynamic, innovative leader committed to Catholic education and experienced in leading a high‑performing school. Responsibilities Motivate and evaluate teachers, using data to drive continuous school improvement. Mentor teachers and coordinate all student activities. Assist with overall school operations, including preparation of schedules, calendars, and bell schedules. Act as liaison with the Athletics Department and Parents’ Association. Create and maintain a learning climate where the dignity of the human person is paramount. Coordinate and support school events and student life initiatives. Qualifications Master’s degree in educational administration or related field from an accredited institution. Pennsylvania Principal Certification and relevant administrative or supervisory experience. Practice Catholic faith; verification by the parish pastor is required. Strong leadership, creativity, and 21st‑Century leadership skills.
