Salary: $125,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce platform skills, including configuration of objects, fields, and page layouts; automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder; and security settings such as profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components or Aura, and integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce data management and quality, including data modeling, migration, deduplication, and performance optimization.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, create clear documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology practices, including CI/CD, version control such as Git, testing frameworks, and secure coding.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator, are strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, consulting-oriented environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and automations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure standard Salesforce features and build custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and flows.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and support platform security and data integrity.
- Assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements in line with our framework-driven delivery approach.
