ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Enter production reports into shop floor monitor with 100% accuracy.
2. Validation of data entry – make any necessary corrections.
3. File to maintain daily production reports – lot traceability.
4. Daily scrap report.
5. Daily downtime report.
6. Daily inventory variance reports.
7. Document review – PIC, DPR, FML updates.
8. DPR on time delivery.
9. Inventory footprint / Data entry and variance report.
10. Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training. Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software

JDE knowledge a plus

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Toyota Production System

Experience in a cross-cultural work environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively after groups of team members.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience using Microsoft office systems, Excel and Word

JDE experience a plus

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURS

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, First Shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m or Second Shift – 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Occasional overtime throughout the week and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
