Job Description Job Description My client located near Fontana, CA is seeking a hands-on, high-performing Production Lead to manage and optimize household and automotive chemical production lines. This is a player-coach role leading from the floor, not a desk. Responsibilities • Lead high-speed lines: filling/capping, labeling, shrink wrap, and packout • Troubleshoot equipment and ensure efficient, continuous production • Monitor and reconcile raw materials (bottles, caps, labels, etc.) • Partner with Quality to meet GMP and Cal-OSHA standards • Supervise 10+ operators (English/Spanish) • Track KPIs: UPH, downtime, yield Qualifications • 5+ years in liquid manufacturing (chemicals/CPG preferred) • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) • Strong troubleshooting + production math skills • HS Diploma/GED (no degree required) • Forklift certification a plus Work Environment • 12-hour shifts in non-climate-controlled setting • Standing/walking throughout shift • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly OR maybe you know someone I offer referral bonus.
