Your day-to-day work will include:Troubleshooting residential heating and cooling equipmentDiagnosing system failures and determining the appropriate repairServicing air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air equipmentCompleting preventative maintenance and system performance checksExplaining findings and repair recommendations to customersHandling occasional installation work when neededRecording service work and maintaining accurate documentationWorking in accordance with safety procedures and manufacturer requirementsQualificationsWe 're seeking someone who can bring proven residential service experience to the team.2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA CertificationDemonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systemsWorking knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systemsProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PMOvertime is available, along with a rotating on-call schedule.At Allied Aire, you'll have the opportunity to build on your technical skills while working with a team that supports continued learning and career development.
