Administrator Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Valid Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License

As an Administrator, you will:

• Oversee the provision of high-quality care and ensure the facility operates at full capacity.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to establish our facility as the top choice in the community.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Foster collaboration between departments , ensuring all teams understand the importance of their roles in delivering exceptional resident care.
