We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior). Preferred Schedule: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Additional hours may be available for the right fit. About the Client: She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with: Restroom needs Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important) Light housekeeping Transfers (some lifting required, but not heavy) Position Requirements: Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely Strong bedside manner and respectful communication Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule Compassionate, patient, and attentive If you enjoy meaningful one-on-one care and take pride in being someone others can truly count on, we would love to hear from you.
