As a Welder at BTA, you will have the opportunity to work on critical components including tube replacements, headers, superheaters, economizers, and more. If you thrive in a challenging environment and are passionate about contributing to the energy sector, we invite you to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesExecute welding operations on boiler pressure parts and components using a variety of welding methods.Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical specifications to determine appropriate welding processes.Maintain adherence to safety standards and quality protocols during all phases of welding.Inspect and assess welds against established quality standards to ensure compliance.Manage and maintain welding machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion and uphold workplace efficiency.Proactively address and troubleshoot any welding challenges that arise during production.
