Sound organizational skills and confident decision-making. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) desired. Comfortable with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Reliable, consistent attendance in a professional environment. Education Bachelor's degree or certification in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
