Our Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched in a timely manner to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport. Pay Rate: $21 per hour with regular bonus opportunities What We Offer: Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Instant offers standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interview Regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible Consistent schedules For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefits For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers: Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles Maintain neat and clean work area Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Dispatchers: High school education or equivalent Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred Basic math and computer skills Ability to multi-task Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes Application window is anticipated to close on or around October 17, 2026 .
