Schedule Coordinator - HVAC Dispatcher | $24.00-$28.00 per hour + Spiffs

Schedule:

• During Training: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
• After successfully completing training, the position transitions to full-time hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Position Overview:

As an HVAC Coordinator, you will help coordinate daily service operations while providing excellent communication and support to both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer and respond to incoming customer calls
• Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for service technicians
• Efficiently dispatch technicians to residential service appointments
• Communicate appointment details and updates with homeowners and field technicians
• Schedule recurring and annual HVAC maintenance
• Track equipment warranties, rebates, and related documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Keep the maintenance agreement database current
• Update customer account information in FieldEdge, our CRM system
• Maintain clear, professional communication with department managers, employees, technicians, and customers
• Help ensure the service department stays organized and appointments run smoothly

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service and scheduling experience
• Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home-service industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with CRM or customer databases
• FieldEdge or ServiceTitan experience is preferred
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with the Denver service area and/or strong map-reading skills
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
