Job Summary Courtyard is seeking a Social Creative Strategist, On-Camera to define and execute our live content strategy end to end. This role will sit at the interaction of culture, performance, social and entertainment, owning how Courtyard shows up through social media. This is not a behind the scenes role. You’ll be on camera, in the product shots and engage live on streams with our audiences. You’ll be creating content that drives engagement, builds trust and converts viewers into users. You’ll work with our talented Social team to produce high impact content across short-form video, livestreams and real time moments, turning Courtyard into a destination for discovery and entertainment. You must live within a commutable distance of NYC, as this role will be expected to be in-office 3x/week What You’ll Do Create high-performing social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and any new emerging channels and formats (short-form, clips, graphics, photos). Be on camera regularly, hosting, narrative and reacting on streams with the audiences or partners. You’ll concept, shoot and edit content end-to-end, and must be comfortable with all the latest editing software. Develop thumb-stopping content that spans the world of trading cards, sports, comics and luxury items. Capture and react to real time cultural and sports moments. Experiment across formats, including raw, polished, interviews, podcast style, livestreams and clipping. Stay ahead of platform trends, formats and tools (including AI assisted content) Collaborate closely with internal teams to move fast and ship content daily Continuously test, learn and iterate based on performance. Attend events and capture moments, shoot content that can be leveraged across social and paid. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 3-5+ years creating social-first content. Strong on-camera presence, comfortable speaking to launch audiences digitally and in person. Experience with short-form video and live content / streaming Ability to concept, shoot and edit content independently Deep understanding of what performs across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube High quality bar, strong creative instincts and detail oriented. Fast, scrappy and highly execution oriented Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
