VP, Information Technology
Adaptive Biotechnologies
Vice President of Information Technology leading enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations at a life-science company. Responsible for defining multi-year technology roadmap, managing IT organization, and aligning technology investments with business objectives to support organizational growth and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company goals
- Lead and develop the IT organization while establishing clear roles, decision rights, and accountability structures
- Partner with executive leadership to identify business needs, evaluate technology opportunities, and prioritize investments
- Oversee corporate infrastructure, enterprise applications, data platforms, security, and service delivery operations
- Serve as principal advisor on operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, and employee technology experience
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience managing enterprise IT organizations and infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business priorities
- Strong background in corporate infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and cybersecurity
- Experience with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in regulated industries
- Proven track record building and developing high-performing technology teams
- Strategic advisory skills and ability to influence executive leadership
- Knowledge of modern workplace, identity management, and business continuity practices
