Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location Cleveland, OH Agency Prime Staffing Pay $2,571 per week Shift Information Nights – 3 days x 12 hours (19:00–07:30) Contract Duration 13 weeks Start Date 8/28/2026 About the Position Provide telemetry patient monitoring at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg unit. May float to units J1-2, J33, and ED covering the same patient population. Responsibilities Monitor telemetry patients and interpret ECG rhythms. Provide acute patient care in Med/Surg telemetry unit and, as needed, float to J1-2, J33, and ED. Document patient care accurately in the charting system. Administer medications and treatments according to protocol. Qualifications Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in telemetry or related specialty. Minimum 18 months of recent MS/Telemetry experience; travel experience counts. Active Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS – all must be active and in hand. Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum two attempts). COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions allowed). Nicotine‑free status required (except licensed nurses and CSTs) with negative 10‑panel test within 12 months of start. Reference from a manager/ANM/supervisor/director in the specialty, from the last 12 months. Travel flexibility: work at least every other holiday; may remain on assignment up to 18 months with a 6‑month break before returning.
