Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of commercial HVAC service technicians. Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. Establish and maintain robust client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance efficiently. Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting complex HVAC and refrigeration systems. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor performance metrics and foster continuous improvement within the service department. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in managing large commercial HVAC service operations. Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities. In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of fostering accountability, pride, and performance within a team.
