Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in educational settings, especially within early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Strong ability to adapt therapy approaches for various age groups and learning needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• A passion for empowering young learners and fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from Pre-K through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, addressing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated, consistent support for student success
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, adapting interventions based on ongoing data
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
