In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while ensuring every customer receives the highest level of care and service quality. Were looking for a technician with strong mechanical skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering dependable, accurate work./ppCompensation Benefits/pulliCompetitive Pay/liliHealth Insurance/liliPTO/lili401(K)/li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliPerform all work listed on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards/liliTest-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialty equipment to identify issues in components and systems/liliDiagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, electrical, and more/liliCommunicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding findings, additional service recommendations, and repair timelines/liliProvide accurate time estimates for any additional or recommended repairs/liliComplete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer requirements and documentation standards/liliProvide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed/liliMaintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines Perform other duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements/pulliPrevious experience as an automotive technician/liliStrong knowledge of automotive repair and preventive maintenance/liliAbility to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team/liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal/liliStrong customer service mindset/liliProficiency with computers and diagnostic software; willingness to learn new systems/liliAbility to operate electronic diagnostic and testing equipment/liliValid drivers license with a clean driving record/liliAbility to pass all pre-employment background screenings/li/ulpWE ARE CAPITAL!
