Job Description UW Medical Center-Northwest – has an outstanding opportunity for a per diem Registered Nurse for our PACU Department. Work Schedule Days Evenings Weekends Department Description Our PACU RNs provide pre‑admission assessment and phase 1 post‑anesthesia care for our surgical patients. These nurses also provide surgical patient discharge teaching. Position Highlights Assessment and nursing diagnosis of patients Care planning Patient teaching Discharge and transfer planning Admission, discharge and transfer processes Requirements 2 years current recent Critical Care experience, Emergency or PACU Phase I and/or Phase II PACU experience preferred. Active Washington State RN License or applicable Multistate RN license Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly Other Compensation: $5.00/hr nights; $4.00/hr weekends; $3.00/hr evenings; $1.00/hr BSN; $1.25/hr Nursing Certification Benefits: For information about benefits for this position, visit Shift: Alternate Work Shift (United States of America) Temporary or Regular?
