1. st Shift $14.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
2. nd Shift $15.80 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS

Hybrid Shift $16.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday

1. st Shift 7:00AM- 3:30PM
2. nd Shift 3:20PM- 11:50PM

Hybrid Shift 9:00AM- 5:30AM Production Team Member Duties and Responsibilities This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple Follows Standard Work Process Performs a specific task ora number ofpredetermined tasks in the assembly process Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line Prepares parts for shipment Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process Participatesin group meetingsin order toexchange anyjob-relatedinformation and quality standards are being consistently met Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized Production Team Member Qualifications and Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time Should have strong hand-eye coordination Ability to operate various assembly tools Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility Must be a team player and communicate effectively Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change Able to follow verbal and written instructions Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs Job Type 90 day temp to permanent Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
