Job Details:

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 24 months of current operating room experience - Circulating/operating room experience - Experience in the following cases: General, Da Vinci Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma - EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years - Trauma Level II experience - Must have completed a travel assignment within the previous 15 months - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at the time of submission - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS certification **Highly Preferred Experience:** - Scrub experience - Experience in the following cases: Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, Vascular - Trauma Level I experience **Additional Requirements:** - Work history/resume/employment history must reflect 24 months of current operating room experience - Skills Checklist specific to Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing - Professional Reference/Reference Check from within 24 months (preferred) - Driver’s License **Certifications:** - BLS (AHA) **State Licenses:** - Iowa
