Job Details:

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Experience and Skills:** - 24 months of current operating room experience [required], with hospital/medical center experience prioritized. - Circulating/operating room experience [required]. - Scrub experience [highly preferred]. - Required experience in General, DaVinci Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases. - Highly preferred additional experience in Neurology, Orthopedics (primarily trauma), Gynecology, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, Ear, Nose, Throat, and Vascular cases. - EPIC electronic medical systems experience within the previous 3 years [required]. - Trauma Level I experience [highly preferred]. - Trauma Level II experience [required]. - No first-time travelers; must have completed a travel assignment within the previous 15 months [required]. **Licensure and Certifications:** - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license at the time of submission [required]. - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS certification [required]. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional reference/reference check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date. **Documentation Requirements:** - Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current operating room experience [required]. - Skills Checklist specific to the Operating Room Nurse discipline [required]. - Driver's License [document required]. **Leadership and Clinical Skills:** - The traveler will be required to float across all campuses: Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist. - Ability to scrub or circulate is preferred.
